Another way you can monetise PCM just a little quicker. If you don`t want to build your personal brand which could take time, or you don`t want to learn any of these skills, this is probably the better option for you. The method is in the name, it is a bit like a marketing agency, but without all the tedious parts.

This is a very easily scalable thing to do that I beleive to be untapped as of now.

How do I do it?

Start with smaller creators, who you can easily get their attention through E-mail marketing which is free or just reaching out over social media. You can tell them "Hi, I run a PCM management agency where we helps creators like yourself further monetise their TikTok account, would you be interested"

Judge of their personal brand what they should do to monetise their account - this is an increadibly easy step which you can judge after one look at their account, if you are really struggling ask ChatGPT for a list of options and choose one of them.

You can sell this through a website that you set up specifically for them, which could take a while, or you could sign a contract stating that you get a commission through every sale that they make.

I won`t go too into detail as there isn`t much to it, however don`t be thrown off by the amount of followers that they have, even just a few thousand followers is enough for a decently sized community that you and them can profit from. This actually is a good size as they probably won`t be already signed to a marketing agency or have a manager. This is good as it will eliminate competition.

Digital productsare much easier for you to use as small creators could be thrown off by all the effort of designing a product, getting samples, finding a manufacturer, marketing it etc. Even if all you have ti di is build a simple dropshipping store the physical aspect of the product to them may seem as too much of a dawnting challenge. A digital product however, you only need to make once and then market it - once it is built it is increadibly easy to sell over and over again, the profit margins are also so much better.
